在如何提高课堂教学质量的问题上,多年来,大家把研究的重点放在“课中”,如例题如何教,练习内容如何设计与安排,练后如何讲评等。这无疑是必要的。但要提高课堂教学效率,减轻学生课后的负担,大面积地提高教学质量,处理好“课头”和“课尾”也是至关重要的。课头和课尾处理得好,课堂教学就会有条不紊地进行,救学气氛就和谐,师生配合就密切,教学任务就能圆满完成,教学的良性环境就会形成。
On how to improve the quality of classroom teaching, over the years, we have focused our research on “classes”, such as how to teach examples, how to design and arrange exercises, and how to give comments afterwards. This is undoubtedly necessary. However, it is also important to improve the efficiency of classroom teaching, reduce the burden on students after class, improve teaching quality on a large scale, and handle the “lesson head” and “lesson tail”.
