高等职业教育是要培养适应社会需要的高技术技能型人才,因此,在办学过程中,高职院校应加强实训实践环节的教学,培养学生的动手操作能力。生产性实训基地是培养高素质高技能人才的重要基础和支撑条件,实现做中学、学中做、教学做相结合。长期以来,经管类专业校内外实习实训条件面对着模拟演练为主、针对实效性不强、企业合作积极性不高等现状,本文以西安航空职业技术学院大学生电子商务创业实训基地为例,对经管类专业校内生产性实训基地的建设进行了一些实践探索和总结,以期对我国高职院校相关专业有一定借鉴与参考。 Higher vocational education is to train high-skilled talents who adapt to the needs of society.
