针对由高强度及中低强度钢制成的固体火箭发动机壳体和压力容器,考虑到在加工、制造过程中不可避免产生的缺陷,应用弹塑性断裂力学的CTOD准则,导出了工程中实用的因壳体和压力容器缺陷而发生破坏的压力计算公式。本文为固体火箭发动机壳体和压力容器的工程设计以及事故分析提供了理论基础。
For solid rocket motor housings and pressure vessels made of high-strength and medium-low-strength steel, taking into account the defects that are inevitable during machining and manufacturing processes, the CTOD criterion of elastoplastic fracture mechanics is applied to derive the practical Pressure calculation formula for damage due to shell and pressure vessel defects. This paper provides a theoretical basis for engineering design and accident analysis of solid rocket motor case and pressure vessel.
