我国从2001年起,开始实行国家英语课程标准(以下简称《标准》)。为了了解《标准》的实施情况,本文通过问卷调查、访谈、课堂观察等方法对阳春市的小学英语教学现状作调查分析。调查结果表明:经济条件影响了小学英语教学的师资状况、教学条件、学习条件等,从而影响了《标准》实施,小学生的英语语言水平也难以达到《标准》的要求。对此,课题小组提出了相应的建议。
Since 2001, China started to implement the national English course standard (hereinafter referred to as “the standard”). In order to understand the implementation of “Standard”, this paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of primary school English teaching in Yangchun by means of questionnaires, interviews and classroom observation. The survey results show that the economic conditions have affected the teachers’ teaching conditions, teaching conditions and learning conditions in primary school English teaching. As a result, the implementation of the “Standard” has been affected. The English language proficiency of primary school students can hardly meet the “standard” requirements. In response, the task force made corresponding recommendations.
