当今国家竞争是人才的竞争,人才成为国家兴旺发达的根本,同样也成为公司发展壮大的基石。而基于人力资源的管理逐渐被国家和公司加以高度重视和关注,但是人力资源管理在实际当中仍存在着一些弊端,需要采取一定措施加以优化。笔者通过专家意见咨询法、访谈法等方法并结合自身经验,拟就对人力资源管理优化的思路与对策进行探讨,以便同仁参考。
At present, the national competition is the competition of talents, and the talent becomes the fundamental for the prosperity of the country. It also becomes the cornerstone for the company to grow and develop. However, the management based on human resources has been paid more attention and attention by the country and the company. However, there are still some shortcomings in the human resources management and some measures need to be taken to optimize it. The author through expert advice and consulting methods, interviews and other methods and their own experience, intended to optimize the human resources management ideas and countermeasures to explore for colleagues reference.
