目的对2010年锡林郭勒盟手足口可疑标本进行病原体检测。方法疑似手足口病病例的咽拭子或肛拭子标本143份,分别使用CA16和EV71型特异引物进行RT-PCR检测。结果总肠道病毒阳性率为44.05%,CA16阳性率为9.09%,EV71阳性率为14.68%。结论 RT-PCR方法可用于手足口病的病原体检测、EV71和CA16分型以及接触者的排查,有利于感染者的早发现、早隔离,对手足口病的监测及防控有重要作用。因此,应当采用分子生物学方法对手足口病进行病原学检测。
Objective To detect the pathogens in the 2010 Xilin Gol League suspicious hand-foot-mouth specimens. Methods 143 cases of throat swabs or anal swabs suspected of hand, foot and mouth disease were detected by RT-PCR using CA16 and EV71 specific primers respectively. Results The total positive rate of enterovirus was 44.05%, the positive rate of CA16 was 9.09%, and the positive rate of EV71 was 14.68%. Conclusion The RT-PCR method can be used to detect pathogen of hand-foot-mouth disease, EV71 and CA16 typing and contact investigation, which is helpful for the early detection, early isolation, monitoring of foot-mouth disease and prevention and control of the infected person. Therefore, molecular biology methods should be used to carry out etiological testing of hand-foot-mouth disease.
