伴随电力体制改革的不断深入,电网建设规模的日益扩大,电网投资主体与市场日益多元化,电网管理模式与管理技术逐渐先进化。这一系列改变给国家电网企业人力资源管理及其发展带来了新的机遇与挑战。基于此,本文对国家电网企业人力资源发展环境进行了一定分析,并给出了一些电网企业人力资源管理与发展的有效策略。
With the continuous deepening of the power system reform, the scale of power grid construction has been expanding day by day, and the subject and market of power grid investment has been increasingly diversified. The power grid management mode and management technology have been gradually advanced. This series of changes has brought new opportunities and challenges to the human resources management of the State Grid Enterprise and its development. Based on this, this paper analyzes the human resources development environment of the State Grid Enterprise, and gives some effective strategies for the human resources management and development of the power grid enterprises.
