判断房地产泡沫:新视角与关键的标准房地产泡沫是指由房地产投机所引起的房地产价格脱离市场基础的持续急剧上扬的过程和状态。目前,理论界和实际部门大多从房价高低、房价上涨快慢、房屋空置率等方面,来研究和判断房地产的冷热或是否出现泡沫,但是目前中国的房地产价格高低和空置率大小很难判断。我们在研究中发现,通过房地产销售增长、房地产租售价格及其变化的关系的比较,可以更为有效地研究和判断房地产市场的状况。
Judging the real estate bubble: a new perspective and the key standard The real estate bubble refers to the real estate prices caused by speculation in real estate prices from the market continued the sharp rise in the process and status.
