目的:探讨动态浊度法测定小牛血去蛋白提取物注射液中细菌内毒素含量的可行性。方法:按照《中国药典》的要求,采用动态浊度法,对小牛血去蛋白提取物注射液进行干扰试验。结果:小牛血去蛋白提取物注射液稀释40倍时,对细菌内毒素的检测无干扰。结论:小牛血去蛋白提取物注射液的细菌内毒素可采用动态浊度法定量检测。
Objective: To investigate the feasibility of dynamic turbidity method for the determination of bacterial endotoxin in the injection of deproteinized calf blood serum. Methods: In accordance with the requirements of “Chinese Pharmacopoeia”, dynamic nephelometry was used to interfere the deproteinized injection of calf blood. Results: There was no interference with the detection of bacterial endotoxin when the bovine serum albumin extract was diluted by 40 times. Conclusion: The bacterial endotoxin of deproteinized extract of calf blood can be quantitatively determined by dynamic nephelometry.
