气体发生器是汽车安全气囊中的重要部件之一,气体发生器密闭容器压力试验(TANK试验)是气体发生器研发和设计过程中必不可少的重要试验,对实验数据的处理和挖掘也异常重要。为了实现大量TANK试验数据的自动处理和对试验数据的深度挖掘,本文提出将Matlab应用其中,通过文件导入、矩阵运算、数据微积分等方法,实现对实验数据特征点的快速提取、数据挖掘与计算,由此证明了Matlab对TANK试验数据处理是切实可行的,也可大大提高运算效率。
Gas generator is one of the most important components in automotive airbag. Gas tank closed vessel pressure test (TANK test) is an indispensable important test in the development and design of gas generator. The experimental data processing and excavation are also abnormal important.
