60例慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)、肺心病病人血清脂质过氧化物(LPO)明显高于对照组水平,而超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)明显低于对照组水平。经维生素 C 和刺五加联合治疗后,COPD、肺心病病人血清 LPO 明显低于常规治疗组水平,而 SOD 明显高于常规治疗组水平。提示 COPD、肺心病与自由基所致氧化性损害有关,而且抗氧化剂维生素 C 和刺五加治疗能有效地抑制脂质过氧化和增强抗氧化防御能力。
Sixty patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and pulmonary heart disease had higher level of serum lipid peroxide (LPO) than the control group, while the level of superoxide dismutase (SOD) was significantly lower than that of the control group. After combined treatment of vitamin C and Acanthopanax senticosus, serum LPO in patients with COPD and pulmonary heart disease was significantly lower than that of the conventional treatment group, while SOD was significantly higher than that of the conventional treatment group. Tip COPD, pulmonary heart disease and free radicals caused by oxidative damage, and antioxidant vitamin C and Acanthopanax senticosus treatment can effectively inhibit lipid peroxidation and enhance antioxidant defense.
