利用30千伦~(60)Coγ射线辐照早籼品种“桂朝二号”诱发突变获得一个高秆突变体“Mh-1”。研究结果表明:“Mh-1”株高是由一对隐性基因控制的,属简单遗传,同时也受微效基因影响。本文还讨论了隐性高秆基因的利用前景。
A high-stalk mutant “Mh-1” was obtained by using 30 Gy ~ (60) Coγ-rays to induce mutagenesis of early indica rice “Guichao No.2”. The results showed that the plant height of “Mh-1” was controlled by a pair of recessive genes, which was a simple inheritance and was also affected by the ploidy gene. This article also discusses the prospects for the use of recessive tall genes.
