尽管先后采用了melpharan,以及多种烷化剂、长春新硷、阿霉素等药物治疗多发性骨髓瘤(以下简称m.m),患者的中数生存期仍只有24—36个月,且某些患者用上述治疗无效。局部放射治疗可以解除m.m 患者疼痛,孤立性浆细胞瘤单纯放射治疗可以治愈。本文提出进行大面积骨放射治疗m.m 的结果。9例m.m 患者进行全骨放射治疗。6例曾接受多程治疗并对化疗产生耐药,3例病情较轻者仅进行过少量化疗。每天放疗剂量均分为前后二野,除肋骨及颅骨采用电子束外,其它各野采用~(60)Co 放疗。放疗分为三个疗程七个照射野。首程放疗由3个野组成,
