本文详细的分析了自平衡电桥激励的压力传感器的输出信号U与桥电压Ve、供电电压Vcc及流体压力P之间的关系 ,并指出 ,不仅对桥电压而且对总激励电压都存在零点电漂移 .在U~Vcc、P的三维空间表达了三者之间典型关系曲线 .在U0 |Vcc0 =0 的等势面 (Vcc0 )上显示出高的压力灵敏度 ,而在 U0 / Ucc=0的等势面 (≈ 12 Vcc0 )上 ,压力灵敏度则低的多 .建议零点输出的电漂移应作为压力传感器的一个特性指标
This paper analyzes in detail the relationship between the output signal U of the pressure sensor excited by the self-balancing bridge and the bridge voltage Ve, the supply voltage Vcc and the fluid pressure P, and points out that there is zero point voltage not only for the bridge voltage but also for the total excitation voltage Drift in the three-dimensional space U ~ Vcc, P expressed a typical relationship between the three curves in the U0 | Vcc0 = 0 equipotential surface (Vcc0) showed high pressure sensitivity, and in the U0 / Ucc = 0 Equipotential surface (≈ 12 Vcc0), the pressure sensitivity is much lower.It is recommended that the zero output of the electric drift should be used as a characteristic index of the pressure sensor
