钙化防御(calciphylaxis,一种见于慢性肾功能衰竭、同种肾移植后等情况而表现为血管壁广泛钙化和软组织缺血性坏死的综合征—译者注)一词首创于1962年,是继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进(SHPT)罕见但严重的片发症。到1981年文献报道尚不足50例。本文报告1979~1990年作者所在医院诊治的5例(男3,女2;年龄47~72)。病者均系慢性肾衰所致 SHPT。钙化防御临床特征是:手、手指、下肢、下腹或臀部皮肤呈现疼痛的紫色网状斑纹样损害,随之发生坏死
Calciphylaxis, a syndrome found in chronic renal failure, allograft after kidney transplant, etc., is a syndrome of extensive calcification of the vascular wall and ischemic necrosis of the soft tissue.
