我们用阿米替林治疗紧张性头痛 46例 ,取得较好的效果 ,报道如下。1 对象与方法为我院 1996年 5月～ 1999年 5月门诊病人 ,诊断符合“国际头痛分类法及诊断标准”。共 92例 ,年龄 16～ 5 5岁 ,平均 30 .5岁 ;病程 1～ 30年 ,平均 12 .6年 ;其中符合 CCMD-2 - R中神经症诊断标
We used amitriptyline in 46 cases of tension headache, achieved good results, reported as follows. 1 object and method for our hospital in May 1996 ~ May 1999 outpatient diagnosis consistent with “International Headache Classification and diagnostic criteria.” A total of 92 patients, aged 16-55 years, mean 30.5 years; duration of 1 to 30 years, an average of 12.6 years; which meet the CCMD-2-R neurosis diagnostic criteria
