肝细胞肝癌(Hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)是最常见的消化系统肿瘤之一。微小RNA(miRNA)是一类在动植物及病毒中广泛存在的单链非编码RNA,通过对靶基因转录后水平的负性调控作用抑制靶基因的表达。近来研究表明,miRNA表达失调在各种肿瘤的发生、发展进程中发挥重要作用,是良好的肿瘤治疗靶点。本文就miRNA在HCC发生发展中的作用及其在治疗中应用的研究进展作一综述。
Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most common digestive system tumors. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are a group of single-stranded non-coding RNAs that widely exist in animals, plants and viruses. They inhibit target gene expression by negatively regulating the post-transcriptional level of target genes. Recent studies have shown that miRNA expression disorders play an important role in the occurrence and development of various tumors and are good target for tumor therapy. This article reviews the role of miRNAs in the development and progression of HCCs and their applications in the treatment of HCC.
