目的:探讨三平面组织追踪技术(Triplane-TTI)评价冠心病患者PTCA支架置入前后局部心肌运动的临床应用价值。方法:采用三平面组织同步显像技术,同步实时获取左室心尖四腔观、心尖两腔观及五腔各三个完整心动周期动态图;应用Q Analysis功能对左室局域心肌的位移曲线进行分析、比较。结果:正常心肌位移曲线呈现规律性变化;梗塞节段位移曲线收缩期峰值明显减低(P≤0.05);支架置入后梗塞节段心肌位移曲线收缩期峰值与放置前相比明显增高,曲线恢复抛物线形。结论:TTI是一种无创性的早期预测诊断冠心病及评价冠脉内支架置入术后心肌再灌注疗效的有效方法。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of triplane-TTI in assessing local myocardial motion before and after PTCA stent implantation in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods: The three-dimensional tissue synchronous imaging technique was used to acquire dynamic images of left ventricular apical four-chamber view, apical two-chamber view and three-chamber three-cardiogram in real time. The left ventricular regional myocardial displacement curve Analysis, comparison. Results: The curve of normal myocardial displacement showed a regular pattern. The peak value of systolic displacement curve of infarction segment decreased significantly (P≤0.05). The peak value of myocardial systolic displacement curve of infarction segment increased significantly after stent implantation, Parabolic shape. Conclusion: TTI is a noninvasive method for early diagnosis of coronary heart disease and evaluation of myocardial reperfusion after coronary stent implantation.
