基于理想弹-塑性模型,对半精加工自紧-时效圆筒的应力状态进行了分析,导出了残余应力的数学表达式,计算了模拟钢管的残余应力值,采用Sachs镗削法测定了模拟管的残余应力值,并将二者作了比较。结果表明,理论预期值与实验测定值吻合较好,从而证实了理论分析的可靠性。
Based on the ideal elastic-plastic model, the stress state of semi-finishing self-tight-aging cylinder was analyzed, and the mathematical expression of residual stress was deduced.
