时间宝贵,世人皆知。每一个人都要学会有效、合理地使用时间。领导干部尤其如此,因为他们对时间的态度不仅影响自己领导的单位,而且影响部下的时间使用效率。在实际工作中,领导干部的地位越高,越不能自由、自主地支配时间。因此,领导干部要学会科学运筹时间。抽出时间来做重要的事领导者大都公务缠身。轻重缓急,大小主次,怎样恰当安排时间,处理琐碎的事情,是决定一个领导成功的关键因素。怎样把最有效的时间,放在关键性的目标和任务上,这是领导者应该具备的一项重要技能。合理安排时间,就等于节约时间。众多的事是琐事,重要的事往往占少数。这就是所谓的“关键的少数和次要的
