随着国民经济的不断发展和电力体制的改革,我国的电力市场也逐步的进入了以市场需求为主,以满足客户需求为目的的买方市场。市场经济体制不断完善,电力营销作为供电企业的核心任务,需要在很多的方面进行完善,从而来适应不断加快的发展以及不断精益的管理要求。在当前的市场背景下,供电企业面临着竞争压力加大,市场开拓不足等问题,因此,供电企业必须创新经营管理体制,改进营销策略。本文将对目前县级供电企业营销管理策略存在的问题展开分析,并对改进县级供电企业营销管理策略的方法展开讨论。
With the continuous development of the national economy and the reform of the power system, China’s power market has gradually entered the buyer’s market with the market demand as the main purpose and the customer’s demand as its objective. As the market economy system continues to improve, as the core task of power supply enterprises, power marketing needs to be improved in many aspects so as to adapt itself to the ever-accelerating development and continuously lean management requirements. Under the current market environment, power supply enterprises are faced with such issues as increased competitive pressure and insufficient market development. Therefore, power supply enterprises must innovate their management systems and improve their marketing strategies. This article will analyze the existing problems of marketing management strategy of county-level power supply enterprises and discuss the ways to improve the marketing management strategies of county-level power supply enterprises.
