目的:比较高效液相色谱(HPLC)法与微生物法测定人血浆中去甲万古霉素浓度的差异。方法:分别使用HPLC法与微生物法对人血浆中去甲万古霉素浓度进行检测,回顾性分析两种技术的临床测结果。结果:两种方法所测得结果的回归方程为y=0.992 7x+0.155 8(r=0.997 6),比较去甲万古霉素血药浓度的检测结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:HPLC法与微生物法均为较有效且可靠的去甲万古霉素血药浓度检测技术。各医院在对去甲万古霉素进行血药浓度检测时,可根据医院自身的条件选择相应的检测方法。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the differences of the concentration of norvancomycin in human plasma by HPLC and microbiological methods. Methods: The levels of norvancomycin in human plasma were detected by HPLC and microbiological methods respectively. The clinical results of two techniques were retrospectively analyzed. Results: The regression equation of the two methods was y = 0.992 7x + 0.155 8 (r = 0.997 6). There was no significant difference in the plasma concentrations of norvancomycin (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Both HPLC and microbiological methods are effective and reliable methods for the determination of plasma level of norvancomycin. Each hospital in the plasma concentration of norvancomycin testing, according to the hospital’s own conditions, select the appropriate test method.
