固体发动机可靠性是指在给定的工作条件下发动机能使其参数保持在允许范围内,并不发生导致火箭飞行失败的故障的能力,这就是说,包括了性能可靠性和结构可靠性二方面。 可靠性工程在国外是五十年代发展起来的一门学科。首先是美国国防部可靠性顾问小组(ACREE)研究电子产品的可靠性开始,随之很快推广到其它领域,在军事上解决了民兵-Ⅱ的可靠性问题,基本思想是将统计方法同工程问题结合在一起,如将相关分析,回归分析,方差分析,随机过程理论,贝叶斯方法,运筹学等统计分析日益应用于可靠性工作中,取得了明显的效果。
