食品安全涉及重大的社会、经济和民生问题。随着新媒体的发展,其在食品信息传播和食品安全监督领域发挥愈发重要的作用。文章对新媒体参与食品安全监督、促进食品安全社会共治、降低消费者参与举报和政府的执法成本、提高食品安全水平等问题进行探讨。为有效发挥食品安全新媒体监督效果,针对目前仍存在的立法滞后性、违法成本较低等问题,提出强化法律前瞻性,借鉴发达国家用户原创内容规则的应用,实现新媒体行业自律与新媒体平台自律的统一。
Food safety involves major social, economic and livelihood issues. With the development of new media, it plays an increasingly important role in the field of food information dissemination and food safety supervision. This article discusses the new media involved in food safety supervision, promoting social co-governance of food safety, reducing consumer participation in reporting and government enforcement costs, and raising the level of food safety. In order to give full play to the supervision effect of new media for food safety, aiming at the problems such as lagging legislation and low cost of law-breaking, the application of strengthening the forward-looking laws of the society and using the original content rules of users in developed countries is proposed to realize the self-discipline and new media of new media industry Unity of self-discipline platform.
