履带式工程机械行走系统中拥有众多的轮体零件。工作中为减少轮体与轴之间的摩擦,一般在轮子总成中均注有润滑油。结构中多半采用了橡胶O型圈静密封和金属浮动密封环动密封装置。从而对轮体零件内孔的同轴度提出了较高的要求,一般径向跳动量须控制在0.02~0.05mm范围之内。用通常的检验方法的一般难以测出轮体内孔的同轴度。我们在长期的生产实践中摸索出一种测量轮体零件内孔同轴度的新方法及专用检具,现以履带式推土机的托链轮轮体(图1)为例,简介检验方法和专用检具(图2)如下。
Crawler construction machinery has a large number of running wheel system components. In the work to reduce the friction between the wheel and the shaft, the wheel assembly are generally injected with lubricating oil. Mostly used in the structure of rubber O-ring static seal and metal floating seal ring seal device. Thus the concentricity of the inner hole of the wheel body parts puts forward higher requirements. The general radial runout amount should be controlled within the range of 0.02-0.05mm. With the usual test methods generally difficult to measure the coaxiality of the wheel hole. In the long-term production practice, we have explored a new method and special gage for measuring the coaxiality of the inner bore of the wheel body parts. Taking the sprocket wheel body of the track-type bulldozer (Figure 1) as an example, we introduce the test method and Special gages (Figure 2) are as follows.
