目的:筛选出提取南五味子总木脂素的最佳工艺。方法:采用紫外分光光度法和HPLC法相结合对南五味子总木脂素进行检测,以回流提取方法,采用正交试验设计,以提取时间、乙醇体积分数、溶媒用量、提取次数为因素,分别以总木脂素、五味子甲素、五味子酯甲为评价指标,确定最佳提取条件;结果:用55%乙醇,溶媒用量为16倍,提取时间为60 min,提取次数为2次效果最好。结论:采用多指标综合评价法能够更客观优化南五味子总木脂素工艺条件的提取工艺,为南五味子总木脂素分离纯化研究提供参考。
Objective: To screen out the best technology for extracting total lignans from Kadsura. Methods: The total lignans of Schisandra chinensis were determined by UV spectrophotometry and HPLC. The extraction was carried out by reflux method. The factors including extraction time, ethanol volume fraction, solvent dosage and extraction times were determined by orthogonal design. Total lignans, Schisandra, Schisandra ester A as the evaluation index, to determine the best extraction conditions; Results: With 55% ethanol, the amount of solvent was 16 times, the extraction time was 60 min, the extraction times of 2 times the best. Conclusion: The multi-index comprehensive evaluation method can more objectively optimize the extraction process of the total lignans in the kadsura and provide a reference for the isolation and purification of the total lignan in kadsura.
