《蒸汽锅炉安全监察规程》要求“锅筒的全部对接焊缝和集箱的纵向对接焊缝应进行100%射线探伤或者100%超声波探伤加至少25%射线探伤”。在编制焊缝X射线探伤工艺时注意到,对焊缝进行100%X射线探伤时,若将两相邻胶片的中心距或者重叠长度放置过大或过小,都将在焊缝中出现漏检“三角盲区”(如图1所示)。根据初步了解,在行业中有很多单位编制焊缝X射线探伤工艺时没有注意这个问题,可能造成焊缝在此区出现漏检。为了严格执行“规程”,确保产品的安全运行,笔者就如何确定两相邻胶片的中心距和重叠长度进行一些讨论。
