我厂洗衣机壳体磷化线投产以来,在悬链轴承的润滑上,曾采用过多种国产高温润滑脂,都因这些润滑脂在高温(160~180℃)和酸性或碱性溶液形成的雾气中很快变质,致使悬链轴承严重锈蚀甚至拉断悬链,每月需要换轴承达600个,经济损失每年在20000元以上。为此,我们设计制造了一套简易的悬链润滑装置。工作时,压缩空气由截止阀调整后进入分水滤气器,过滤后的空气经调压阀1和电磁阀控制后分两路:一路经调压阀2进入雾化油箱顶部;另一路经雾化油箱上的油雾器进入喷头(如图)。操作时电磁阀由行程开关控
Since the phosphating line of our washing machine shell has been put into production, we have used a variety of domestic high temperature grease on the lubrication of the catenary bearing.
