家长义工制是实现学校与家长有效互动的好方式,是被西方国家和港台地区多年实践证明而行之有效的教育模式。本文围绕“推行家长义工制”这一核心问题,在对其内涵、内容、做法和功能作了概括综述的基础上,指出让家长参与校园管理是学校发展的一个方向,并阐明了这样做的重要意义:促进家长、教师、学生间的和谐;促进家长、教师和学生的共同成长;实现全员教育和全程教育。 Patriarchal parenting is a good way to achieve effective interaction between schools and parents. It is an effective mode of education proven and proven by western countries and Hong Kong and Taiwan for many years. Based on a general review of its connotation, content, practices and functions, this paper focuses on the core issue of “promoting the voluntary system of parents” and points out that involving parents in campus management is a direction for the development of the school and illustrates this.
