为研究新旧混凝土组合结构的约束收缩性能,以构件尺寸和结合面处理方式为试验参数设计制作了9组共27个试件,分别进行了自由收缩和约束收缩变形测试。结果表明:新旧混凝土间的约束作用使组合试件新混凝土自由边处受压、结合面处受拉;与自由收缩试件相比,新旧混凝土组合试件中新混凝土自由边处应变值较自由收缩增大约12%,结合面处降低约48%;试件理论厚度由50mm增大至200mm时,结合面仅凿毛处理组合试件新混凝土自由边处的收缩应变由自由收缩应变的1.05倍增大至1.19倍、结合面处由0.64倍减小至0.48倍,结合面凿毛+植筋试件相应地在自由边处由1.14倍增大至1.22倍、在结合面处由0.53倍减小至0.46倍。
In order to study the restraint shrinkage of the old and new concrete composite structures, a total of 27 specimens of 9 groups were designed and manufactured with the dimensions of the components and the treatment methods of the joint surface.
