目的 研究重组人白细胞介素24(rhlL-24)对外周血单个核细胞产生γ干扰素(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)的刺激效应。方法 正常人的外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)经含有rhlL-24的CHO细胞表达上清刺激48 h、72 h,取其刺激PBMC培养上清液用酶联免疫吸附试验((ELISA)法测定IFN-γ和IL-6含量。结果 加含rhlL-24的CHO细胞表达上清的实验组上清中IFN-γ和IL-6含量明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 rhlL-24对外周血单个核细胞分泌IFN-γ和IL-6具有刺激效应,说明rhlL-24具有明显的免疫调节功能。导师。
Objective To investigate the stimulatory effect of recombinant human interleukin-24 (IL-6) on peripheral blood mononuclear cells (IFN-γ) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) Methods Normal human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were stimulated with supernatant of CHO cells containing rhlL-24 for 48 h and 72 h, respectively. The supernatant of PBMCs was stimulated by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) IFN-γ and IL-6 in the supernatant of the CHO cells containing rhlL-24 were significantly higher than those in the control group (P0.01) .Conclusion The results of rhlL-24 The secretion of IFN-γ and IL-6 by peripheral blood mononuclear cells have a stimulating effect, indicating that rhlL-24 has obvious immunomodulatory function.
