本文提出制度化管理方式和人性化管理方式的概念及利弊,指出制度化与人性化相结合的管理方式在我国博物馆的实践模式可以概括为“情、理、法”三个字,具体地说,就是要求博物馆管理者做到:以情感人,以理服人,以法治人。同时,为了使情理法三者有机结合,融为一体,就应当从下述三个方面采取措施:造就人心安定的文化环境;树立权宜应变的管理风格;创立以法为保的理性机制。
This paper puts forward the concept and pros and cons of institutionalized management and humane management, and points out that the mode of management combining institutionalization with humanization can be summed up as “emotion, reason and law” in our country’s museum. Specifically, , Is to ask the museum manager to do: to emotional people, reasoning people, rule of law people. In the meantime, in order to make the combination of the three principles of morality and law, they should take measures from the following three aspects: to create a cultural environment of peace of mind; to establish a managerial style that is expedient and appropriate; and to establish a rational mechanism protected by law.
