目的探讨内镜下喷洒止血药物对治疗上消化道出血的效果。方法回顾2005年5月～2006年12月在本院住院确诊上消化道出血的58例患者,经内镜对上消化道出血病灶局部喷洒冰盐水加去甲肾上腺素和安络血治疗。结果本组58例上消化道出血患者,治疗失败外,56例达到立即止血效果。止血有效率96%。结论经内镜局部喷洒止血药物治疗上消化道出血,经济、方便、安全、高效。
Objective To investigate the effect of endoscopic spraying hemostatic drugs on the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods From May 2005 to December 2006 58 cases of upper gastrointestinal bleeding diagnosed in our hospital were treated by endoscopy for the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding with local injection of iced salt water plus norepinephrine and anti-collateral blood. Results 58 cases of upper gastrointestinal bleeding in this group, the failure of treatment, 56 cases of immediate hemostatic effect. Hemostatic efficiency of 96%. Conclusion Endoscopic spaying hemostatic drugs spraying the upper gastrointestinal bleeding, economical, convenient, safe and efficient.
