目的:观察除湿颗粒治疗湿疹的药理作用。方法:以2、4-二硝基氯苯(DNCB)致敏并激发致小鼠耳廓皮肤迟发型变态反应,观察除湿颗粒对小鼠皮肤迟发型变态反应的影响;观察对组织胺致豚鼠足瘙痒模型的影响;观察二甲苯致小鼠耳廓急性炎症的影响。结果:除湿颗粒高、中剂量组对小鼠耳廓皮肤迟发型变态反应有抑制作用;高、中剂量组对组织胺致豚鼠皮肤瘙痒有抑制作用;大、中剂量组对二甲苯致小鼠耳廓急性炎症反应有抑制作用。结论:除湿颗粒具有抑制小鼠皮肤迟发型变态反应、止痒、抗炎药理作用,适用于湿疹。
Objective: To observe the pharmacological effects of dehumidifying particles on eczema. METHODS: Allergic reactions to auricle-induced skin were induced by 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene (DNCB) and challenged. The effect of dehumidifying granules on delayed-type hypersensitivity in mice was observed. The effect of histamine on guinea pigs was observed. The effect of paw itch model; Observe the effect of xylene-induced acute inflammation of the mouse ear. RESULTS: The high and middle dose groups of dehumidification particles inhibited the delayed allergic reaction of mouse auricles; the high- and middle-dose groups inhibited the pruritus of guinea pig skin caused by histamine; the mice in the large and middle dose group were treated with p-xylene. Acute inflammation of the auricle has an inhibitory effect. Conclusion: Dehumidifying granules can inhibit the delayed allergic reaction, antipruritic and anti-inflammation pharmacology of mouse skin and are suitable for eczema.
