针对大型复杂航天装备电缆网多品种、小批量、技术状态更改多的特点,提出一种基于动态染色无向图模型的准时化投产方法,将设备插头互联关系映射成无向图模型,将设备投产状态和参试时间映射成无向图顶点的“染色状态”和“时间属性”。利用无向图动态染色实现电缆网准时化投产并应用于某卫星,实现了电缆生产零返工并平滑了生产线负荷。
In view of the characteristics of multi-variety, small-batch and change of technical status of large complex spaceflight cable networks, a quasi-time-based production method based on dynamic dyeing undirected graph model is proposed. The interconnection of device plugs is mapped into a undirected graph model, The production status and the test time are mapped as “Dye Status ” and “Time Properties ” of the undirected vertices. Undirected dynamic dyed cable network to achieve a timely manner and put into operation on a satellite, to achieve zero rework cable production and smooth the load of the production line.
