以盆栽一年生新红星 /海棠为试材 ,研究了苹果幼树梢尖内源 3—吲哚乙酸 (IAA)、赤霉酸 (GA3 )、脱落酸 (ABA)和根系中新根内玉米素 (Zeatin)的周年发生动态。苹果幼树梢尖中内源IAA、GA3 含量一年中有两次高峰 ,与春梢和秋梢旺长相对应。ABA的周年变化是在萌芽后含量开始下降 ,春梢旺长时 ,ABA含量最低 ,ABA含量高峰与春梢停长相对应 ,落叶时有所增加。苹果幼树生长根中Zeatin含量一年中有 3次高峰 ,与一年中 3次发根期基本对应。一年中地下部根系Zeatin的 3次高峰与地上部梢尖中IAA、GA3 两次高峰基本呈交替现象 ,并与一年中根系生长和枝条生长出现的交替现象呈对应关系
