详细描述了采用平板硫化机制备芳纶针织物增强复合材料的过程及工艺,对制得的芳纶针织物增强复合材料进行等离子体处理。低温等离子体处理条件为:压强60 Pa,功率150 W,时间120 s,并探究了等离子体处理对芳纶针织物增强复合材料的弯曲性能的影响。
The process and technology of preparing aramid knitted fabric reinforced composite materials by using a flat vulcanizer are described in detail, and the prepared aramid knitted fabric reinforced composite material is subjected to plasma treatment. The conditions of low temperature plasma treatment were: pressure 60 Pa, power 150 W, time 120 s, and the effect of plasma treatment on the flexural properties of aramid knitted fabric reinforced composites was investigated.
