暗柳橙去叶抑花(与留叶促花相比)对梢尖内GA无明显影响,但在生理分化期阻滞ABA和CTK上升,阻滞IAA下降,降低ABA和CTK对GA和IAA比值,同时降低芽内总核酸及DNA水平,但对RNA无明显影响。喷GA抑花(与环剥促花相比)导致芽内总核酸和 RNA的低水平,但对DNA无明显影响。四季桔浇水抑花(与控水促花相比)导致梢尖GA高水平,提高IAA水平,降低 ABA 水平。不管是“促”或是“抑”,起相同生物效应的不同因子之间的调节机理可以不完全相同。
Leaf declination of dark orange (compared with leaf retention) had no significant effect on GA in the tip, but arrested ABA and CTK during physiologic differentiation, blocked the decrease of IAA and decreased the effect of ABA and CTK on GA and IAA Ratio, while reducing the total bud nucleic acid and DNA levels, but no significant effect on RNA. GA blossoming (compared to ring blossoming) resulted in a low level of total nucleic acids and RNA in shoots but had no significant effect on DNA. Four seasons orange water suppression (compared with the control of water and flowers) led to apex GA high level, raise IAA levels, reduce ABA levels. The mechanism of regulation between different factors that have the same biological effect may not be exactly the same, whether it is “promoting” or “suppressing.”
