随着我国经济体制改革的不断发展,电力企业正经历着大的变革,各级电力企业的教育培训工作也正朝着多元化的方向发展,并为此投人了大量的人力、财力和物力,使行业内的教育培训工作在培训管理体制、运行与激励机制、教学方式、方法等方面进行了不断的深化。在这种形势下,构建有效的培训评估体系,加强规范的培训工作,是尤为重要的。
