在我国就业形式多样化的今天,灵活就业这一就业形式的实施能够为很多劳动者创造就业机会。但此种就业形式的实施还存在很多不足,劳动者合法权益得不到保障就是其中一个因素。因为,灵活就业具有多变性、流动性、不稳定性等特点,促使灵活就业人员与社会保险之间的关联较小,相应的灵活就业人员参加社会保险和享有社会保险的可能性较小。针对此种情况,应当采取有效的措施来完善和优化社会保险制度,从而规范的、合理的、有效的实施社会保险,促使灵活就业人员享有社会保险这项合法权益。为此,本文完善灵活就业人员社会保险制度进行分析和探究,希望能够为社会保险制度的完善提供实质性的帮助。
Today, with the diversification of employment forms in our country, the employment of flexible employment as a form of employment can create employment opportunities for many workers. However, there are still many deficiencies in the implementation of such forms of employment. The lack of protection of the legitimate rights and interests of workers is one of the factors. Because flexible employment has such characteristics as variability, liquidity and instability, the association between flexible employed persons and social insurance is small, and the corresponding flexible employed persons are less likely to participate in social insurance and social insurance. In response to such situations, effective measures should be taken to improve and optimize the social insurance system so that social insurances can be implemented in a standardized, reasonable and effective manner, and flexible working people can enjoy the legitimate rights and interests of social insurance. Therefore, this paper improves the social insurance system for flexible employment personnel to analyze and explore, hoping to provide substantive help for the improvement of the social insurance system.
