心血管生理功能的维持依赖于钙的正常代谢和细胞内、外钙离子浓度的相对恒定。在高血压病人和某些实验性高血压模型中存在钙代谢的紊乱。近年来,不少文献报道改变食物中钙的含量可以影响动物血压。但目前对其作用机理知道甚少。所以,高、低钙摄入影响血压的机制值得研究。
The maintenance of cardiovascular physiological function depends on the normal metabolism of calcium and the relatively constant intracellular and extracellular calcium concentration. There are disorders of calcium metabolism in hypertensive patients and in some experimental models of hypertension. In recent years, many literatures reported that changing the content of calcium in food can affect the blood pressure of animals. However, little is known about its mechanism of action. Therefore, high and low calcium intake affect the mechanism of blood pressure worth studying.
