文章运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,阐述陈式太极拳老架的内容及其技术特点,从运动生物化学的角度进行分析,了解传统陈氏太极拳老架的供能方式。分析结果表明:陈式太极拳老架一路的供能方式主要为糖有氧代谢;陈太极拳老架二路的供能方式为糖有氧代谢、磷酸肌酸、糖酵解混合供能。
By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis, the article expounds the content and technical characteristics of the old Chen style Taijiquan frame, analyzes its kinematic biochemistry, and understands the power supply of the traditional Chen style Taijiquan frame. The results showed that the energy supply of the old model of Chen style Taijiquan was dominated by carbohydrate and aerobic metabolism. The energy supply of the old model of Chenji was mainly aerobic metabolism, phosphocreatine and glycolysis.
