《新课程标准》中指出,学生是学习和发展的主体,我们要积极倡导自主、合作、探究的学习方式,而合作学习正是培养学生主动探究、团结合作、勇于创新精神的重要途径。如何在课堂教学中较好地运用合作学习这一形式就显得尤为重要了。在新课改教学实践中,老师们发现小组学习往往易流于形式,学习效率不高。怎样摒弃形式主义,充分发挥合作交流的效应,仍是新课改中的难点问题。笔者认为提高合作学习小组的学习效率,可从以下五方面入手。一、合理分组,发挥合作功能
The New Curriculum Standard states that students are the mainstay of learning and development. We should actively advocate learning modes of autonomy, cooperation and inquiry. Cooperative learning is an important way to cultivate students’ active exploration, unity and cooperation, and their courage to innovate. How to make good use of cooperative learning in classroom teaching is particularly important. In the new lesson teaching practice, teachers find that group learning tends to be easy to form, learning efficiency is not high. How to abandon formalism and give full play to the effect of cooperation and exchange is still a difficult issue in the new curriculum reform.
