采用PLC技术对高温合金的定向凝固过程进行控制,并与常规定向凝固制备的高温合金进行了显微组织、拉伸性能和持久性能的对比与分析。结果表明:与常规定向凝固制备相比,PLC控制定向凝固制备的高温合金有效抑制了显微疏松,细化铸态组织,减小枝晶间共晶组织尺寸,提高合金的拉伸性能;抗拉强度增加23%、屈服强度增加26%。
The directional solidification process of superalloy was controlled by PLC technology, and compared with the superalloy prepared by conventional directional solidification. The tensile properties and ductility were compared and analyzed. The results show that compared with the conventional directional solidification, the high temperature alloy prepared by PLC controlled directional solidification can effectively suppress the microscopic loosening, refine the as-cast microstructure, reduce the eutectic structure size and improve the tensile properties of the alloy. Tensile strength increased by 23%, yield strength increased by 26%.
