目的为研究ATQ-Zn消毒液杀菌效果和毒性。方法采用定量杀菌试验和动物试验进行杀菌效果和毒理学安全性评价。结果 ATQ-Zn消毒液对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念球菌作用5 min,杀灭率均达到了99.99%;在54℃下放置14 d,37℃放置90 d杀菌效果无明显影响;该消毒液对大鼠急性经皮毒性试验属低毒;对家兔的一次完整皮肤刺激试验、眼刺激试验均属无刺激;豚鼠皮肤变态反应试验属轻度致敏物。结论新型消毒液ATQ-Zn具有杀菌效果好、稳定性强等优点,但大鼠经皮试验结果显示该消毒液属低毒类物质,豚鼠皮肤变态试验结果显示该消毒液属轻度致敏物。
The purpose is to study the bactericidal effect and toxicity of ATQ-Zn disinfectant. Methods Quantitative bactericidal test and animal test were used to evaluate the bactericidal effect and toxicological safety. Results The killing rate of ATQ-Zn disinfectant against Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans for 5 min was 99.99%. After being stored at 54 ℃ for 14 days and at 37 ℃ for 90 days, the bactericidal effect was not significantly affected. The disinfectant on acute acute dermal toxicity test in rats is a low toxicity; an intact skin irritation test for rabbits, eye irritation test are non-stimulus; Guinea pig skin allergy test is a mild sensitizer. Conclusion The new disinfectant ATQ-Zn has the advantages of good bactericidal effect and strong stability. However, the transdermal test results show that the disinfectant belongs to the class of low toxic substances. The skin allergy test results show that the disinfectant is a mild sensitizer .
