以对硝基苯酚为原料,在甲酸三乙胺盐和铅的作用下,在甲醇中室温反应经过还原反应得到了4,4’-二羟基偶氮苯。考察了反应时间、铅及甲酸三乙胺盐的用量对产率的影响,得出了反应的适宜条件反应时间2.5小时,铅的用量2g,甲酸三乙胺盐的用量4g,反应的转化率达82%。用红外光谱、元素分析对其进行了表征。
Using p-nitrophenol as raw material, 4,4’-dihydroxy azobenzene was obtained through the reduction reaction in methanol under the action of triethylamine formate and lead. The effects of reaction time, the amount of lead and formic acid triethylamine salt on the yield were investigated. The optimum reaction conditions were obtained as follows: the reaction time was 2.5 hours, the amount of lead was 2g, the amount of triethylamine formate was 4g, the reaction conversion Up to 82%. It was characterized by FTIR and elemental analysis.
