1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢的固溶处理,温度高达1100℃,工艺规范严格,加热以还原性气氛为好。一般的煤气炉,温度不能自动控制,煤气中含有较多的游离碳和氧,含硫也较高,使工件表面渗碳、硫腐蚀严重,甚至起层起泡,不能满足固溶处理要求。我厂新产品20万kW发电机组670t/h锅炉的高温再热器中的Π形1Cr18Ni9Ti钢管,需进行固溶处理。这种φ42×3.5mm展开长2m多的Π形钢管,若为之添置一台100kW的高温电炉,要投资十多万元,且能耗大,热惯性大,工效低,工件易变形。
