美国心理学家艾里克森曾提出:促进幼儿的自主性与主动性发展是早期教育的基本任务。幼儿是在自由活动中自我实现、自我创造的,因此,尊重幼儿自主的活动权是发展幼儿自主性的基本。正好本学期研究的专题是幼儿自主游戏方面,就重点来说说幼儿自主游戏与教师主导作用的一些问题。游戏是幼儿自己的世界,幼儿是通过游戏来探索、学习、了解自己和周围环境的,幼儿也是通过游戏来表达他们的经验、感受、期待、需要和愿望的,让幼儿自主地游戏,成为游戏的主人,这种观念已被人们普遍地接受和认同。但是在幼儿自主的世界里,可能会出现诸多的问题,所以,为了游戏的顺利开展,教师还是需要适当地介入。
American psychologist Erikson has put forward: to promote children’s autonomy and initiative is the basic task of early education. Children are self-fulfilling and self-created in free activities. Therefore, respecting the rights of children to self-determination is the basis for developing children’s autonomy. Just this semester of the topic is the children’s independent game, focusing on the issue of children’s independent play and the leading role of teachers. Games are children’s own world. Children play games to explore, learn and understand themselves and their surroundings. Young children also use games to express their experience, feelings, expectations, needs and desires. Children are allowed to play games and become games. The owner, this concept has been widely accepted and recognized by people. However, there are many problems that may arise in a child-oriented world. Therefore, in order for the game to go smoothly, teachers need to properly intervene.
