目的探讨苍耳子提取物对S180株的抑制作用及对荷瘤小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法建立小鼠种植性S180肉瘤模型,将低(5g/kg体重)、中(10g/kg体重)、高(20g/kg体重)浓度苍耳子提取物分别给予S180荷瘤小鼠,观察其抑瘤率、对荷瘤小鼠免疫器官重量及碳粒廓清指数、血清半数溶血素值(CH50)的影响;并设5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)组与对照组与之比较。结果对S180荷瘤小鼠分别给予低、中、高浓度苍耳子提取物和5-FU,结果发现对S180肉瘤的抑瘤率分别为13.41%、26.22%、44.51%和25.00%,抑瘤率随苍耳子提取物给药浓度的增加而升高(P<0.01);与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。S180荷瘤小鼠胸腺和脾脏的重量随给药浓度的提高而增加(P<0.01);小鼠碳粒廓清指数、血清半数溶血素值均较对照组增高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论苍耳子提取物对S180肉瘤具有明显的毒性和抑制作用。
Objective To investigate the inhibitory effect of Xanthium sibiricum extract on S180 strain and its effect on immune function in tumor-bearing mice. Methods The mouse sarcoma S180 sarcoma was established. The mice were treated with low (5g / kg body weight), medium (10g / kg body weight) and high (20g / kg body weight) Tumor inhibition rate, immune organ weight and carbon clearance index, serum half-value of hemolysin (CH50) in mice with tumor-bearing mice, and 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) group and control group were compared. Results S180 tumor-bearing mice were given low, medium and high concentrations of Xanthium extract and 5-FU. The results showed that the inhibition rates of S180 sarcoma were 13.41%, 26.22%, 44.51% and 25.00% (P <0.01). Compared with the control group, the differences were statistically significant (all P <0.01). S180 tumor-bearing mice thymus and spleen weight increased with increasing drug concentration (P <0.01); mice carbon clearance index, serum hemolysin values were higher than the control group (P <0.05 or P <0.01) . Conclusion Xanthium extract on S180 sarcoma has obvious toxicity and inhibition.
