目的:研究香血藤Schisandra glaucescens的化学成分。方法:以硅胶柱、凝胶柱色谱分离,制备HPLC纯化,采用MS,NMR等波谱方法进行结构鉴定。结果:从石油醚部位分离得到12个化合物:t-杜松醇(t-cadinol,1),α-杜松醇(α-cadinol,2),榧树醇(torreyol,3),(+)-ent-epicubenol(4),ent-T-muurolol(5),(-)-15-hydroxycalamenene(6),(-)-cubebol(7),4-epi-cubebol(8),石竹烯醇-I(caryophyllenol-I,9),石竹烯醇-II(caryophyllenol-II,10),oxyphyllenodiols A(11),caryolane-1,9β-diol(12)。结论:化合物4,6~12均首次从该属植物中分得,化合物1~12均首次从该植物中分得。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Schisandra glaucescens. Methods: The compounds were isolated by silica gel column, gel column chromatography and preparative HPLC. Their structures were identified by MS, NMR and other spectroscopic methods. RESULTS: Twelve compounds were isolated from petroleum ether fractions: t-cadinol (1), α-cadinol (2), torreyol (3) -ent-epicubenol (4), ent-T-muurolol (5), (-) - 15- hydroxycalamenene (6), (-) - cubebol (7) I (caryophyllenol-I, 9), caryophyllenol-II (10), oxyphyllenodiols A (11) and caryolane-1,9β-diol (12). CONCLUSION: Compounds 4 and 6 ~ 12 were all obtained from this genus for the first time. Compounds 1 ~ 12 were obtained from this plant for the first time.
